I am a mindfulness based therapist who uses CBT, DBT, and Brain-spotting (trauma work) to assist people with identifying and changing repeated mental, emotional, and behavioral patterns. This kind of work results in less anxiety, depression, and disconnection from self and others.
I work with individuals (adults and adolescents), families, and couples, in identifying self-defeating patterns, increasing awareness around how those patterns keep an individual and family systems stuck, and with developing the skills needed to create healthy and satisfying relationships with experiences and people.
